Moota Frontier Markets AS is the daughter company of Moota Telecom AS. We provide mobile content provisioning software and solutions.
The introduction of new mobile services such as WAP, Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), calendar and contact synchronization, as well as a host of other possibilities, means mobile phones will increasingly require new and updated configuration settings before they can successfully connect to network servers.
When a mobile user wants to utilize services such as WAP, MMS, Streaming and other, the phone must be configured to use those services. Configuring a terminal to use a service on a network is generally referred to as “provisioning” the terminal.
Moota has over the last 4 years developed advanced software solutions for provisioning of mobile terminals. Our solutions and software (including our APIs) are unique as they can be deployed by Network operators, MVNOs, Phone Distributors and Retailers, Content providers, VAS providers, VOIP and WIFI operators, mobile application developers and media houses.
Our system supports more than 450 terminals with the following configuration types:
- WAP (including start page and up to ten bookmarks)
- MMS
- Internet
- Streaming
- SyncML DS settings
- vCard (e.g. with customer service numbers)
- vCal
- SMS; additional SMSs with information
